Who We Help

Adults 16 to 35 years of age who are experiencing early symptoms of a psychotic illness.

  • Outpatient in-home or in-community intervention and support for one to three years
  • Collaborative care in partnership with The Ottawa Hospital: On-Track First Episode Psychosis Program
  • Assessment, detailed health history and medical investigations
  • Pharmacological treatment
  • Psycho-education
  • Support and goal setting for you and your family
  • Education support
  • Employment support
  • Socialization and recreation
