PRH Foundation announces Week 38 Catch the Ace winner

The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is delighted to announce their Catch the Ace progressive jackpot raffle – Week 38 winner presented by OK Tire Pembroke!

 

Congratulations to Shonnie Fancy of Pembroke, on winning our weekly pot amount of $23,514, after her ticket #LL-26228782 and card #46, revealed the King of Spades after being selected through the online random generator. Shonnie purchased her tickets online.

 

Roger Martin, PRHF Executive Director, shared that the Catch the Ace Week 39 draw has launched with an estimated Jackpot of $590,000 if the Ace of Spades is caught!

 

“A big thank you to our presenting sponsor, OK Tire! Their support allows even more of the funds raised through Catch the Ace to go directly to the purchase of new equipment at PRH. We are pleased to announce that in 38 weeks, you have raised $813,138 for the hospital. Funds raised this round have purchased 10 new IV pumps for the PRH Emergency Department valued at $52,000, two new Surgical chairs valued at $30,000, a new Ultrasound machine valued at $200,000 and $531,148 towards our new CT scanner! We are thrilled to announce that funds raised from Catch the Ace will now go towards the purchase of a new Patient Wandering System valued at $100,000. The new Patient Wandering System will provide peace of mind to our patients, staff, and their families. Staff can quickly and easily locate patients for vital checks or in emergency situations.”

The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation Catch the Ace raffle features a guaranteed weekly prize and a progressive jackpot that goes to the winner who catches the Ace of Spades. Ticket prices are as follows: 3/$5; 10/$10, 40/$20 and 200/$40 giving you the chance to win both the weekly prize and the progressive jackpot. Fifty per cent of ticket sales go towards the hospital’s highest priority equipment needs.
